No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans

How long are your contracts?

Board Connect can be purchased on a monthly, or yearly plan.

Yearly plans receive a discount for the yearly commitment. 

Can I change my plan later?

Definitely, you can adjust your plan to any tier at any point in time.

What currency are your prices in?

As an Australian based company, our prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

What devices does Board Connect work on?

It's simple, whatever device Microsoft Teams supports, Board Connect will work on great. 

This typically includes your usual Windows Desktops, Macs, iPhones, iPads, Android devices etc. 

Where do you store your data?

All the data you interact with while using Board Connect is stored within your Microsoft 365 tenant (primarily in SharePoint Online). Other than licensing and sanitised logging information, we do not take any of your data out of your tenant.
Please note: Data in your Microsoft 365 tenant will be subject to Microsoft’s standard data storage and backup methods.
